Our Story
Pro X Property Management was founded by real estate investors who understand property management from the owner’s perspective. After having our own properties managed by other companies, we realized there was a better way to serve property owners.
Built on two core principles: honesty and an ownership mentality, we treat every home as if it were our own. That experience shapes how we manage properties today, with a strong focus on clear communication, proactive management, and protecting your investment.
Rather than taking on every client that walks through the door, we take a selective approach. By intentionally limiting the number of properties we manage, we’re able to provide the level of service, attention, and accountability that property owners deserve.

The Team
Cole Forbes
Co-Founder
Cole was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri, and is proud to serve the community he has always called home. He co-founded Pro X Property Management and helped build the company from the ground up, growing from just 10 doors under management to nearly 500.
As both an investor and property manager, Cole understands firsthand the importance of transparency, communication, and protecting each client’s investment. He is passionate about bringing fresh ideas, technology, and a modern approach to property management while building long-term relationships with owners.
Outside of work, Cole enjoys spending time with family, being at the lake in the summer, and spending time on the golf course.
Cara Tramell
Operations Coordinator
Cara has lived in the Ozarks her entire life and has a deep appreciation for the community and the people who call it home. She wants to help property owners and residents feel confident, supported, and at ease—whether that means protecting a valuable investment or ensuring a place truly feels like home.
She takes pride in solving problems before they become stressors, bringing a proactive and thoughtful approach to property management. Her goal is to make property ownership feel simple and seamless while ensuring residents feel cared for, respected, and heard.
Her passion for real estate began at a young age, sparked by an admiration for the unique character and charm of homes throughout the community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and creating new memories with her family.
Kaye Lurvey
Move Out Leasing Coordinator
Kaye has had a love for real estate since she was young, often flipping through HGTV Magazine and drawing inspiration from the homes and design ideas she found inside its pages. With deep family roots in the real estate industry, she developed an early appreciation for the legacy her ancestors built and the impact real estate can have on families and communities. In 2021, Kaye earned her real estate license and has been passionate about the industry ever since.
Her growing interest in investing and the strategy behind successful properties naturally led her into property management. Kaye takes great pride in helping owners confidently manage and grow their investments, ensuring each property is cared for as if it were her own. The project management side of the business is where she truly thrives; coordinating improvements, overseeing details, and guiding projects from start to finish is her favorite part of the process.
Outside of work, Kaye loves to travel, attend concerts, stay active at the gym, and treat everyone’s pets like they’re her own.
Brooke Ramsey
Move-In Leasing Coordinator
Brooke’s interest in property management began during college while working as a leasing coordinator, where she discovered how rewarding it is to help people find a place to call home. After graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Leadership and Management, she combined her background in customer service, sales, and leasing to build a career focused on creating exceptional experiences for both residents and property owners.
Brooke enjoys every aspect of the leasing process, from welcoming new residents and coordinating move-ins to marketing properties and ensuring every detail is handled with care. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships, staying organized, and providing a seamless experience for everyone involved. She believes that communication, organization, and a positive attitude go a long way in making the rental experience enjoyable for everyone involved.
When she’s not at work, Brooke loves traveling, trying new restaurants, staying active at the gym, and spending time at the lake. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and is always excited for her next adventure.
Clayton Jones
Maintenance Technician
Clayton Jones is a Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in building upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance. He takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and running smoothly, with a strong focus on problem-solving and efficiency. Known for his dependable work ethic and attention to detail, Clayton is committed to delivering quality results and supporting both residents and staff.
